Returns and Exchanges

30 Day Guarantee: We warrant to the original consumer 30 days from the date of purchase that the purchased article of jewelry is free of defect in materials and workmanship under normal wear. This product guarantee is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. If you experience any problems with the quality of our products, please contact us.


Return / Exchange: We will gladly accept items for an exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from purchase when items are returned with an original sales receipt in the original unworn condition. All items must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) to be exchanged or returned. Engraved items and custom orders are final sales and may not be exchanged or returned. Please note: on occasions when we deem our return policy is being manipulated or abused in any way, we reserve the right to deny the privileges of our return policy.

1. Contact us to obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA#) by email or phone 225-215-2345.


You can also make your reselection at this time.

2. Package your return carefully and mark your package clearly with your RA#.

3. Ship the contents (at your expense) as you received them, with insurance and a tracking number.
